Foo Fighters are the celebs of a brand new horror comedy movie titled Studio 666, which they introduced again in December, and the primary full trailer for the film is out now through Entertainment Weekly.

The band’s tenth studio album Medicine at Midnight got here out in February of 2021, so it is nearly a 12 months previous now. If you recall, again in March of 2020 — dangerous time to look again on, we all know — Dave Grohl did an interview and mentioned that he and the remainder of the Foos had been taunted by ghosts whereas they had been engaged on the document in Encino, Calif.

The home they labored in, which was apparently constructed within the Nineteen Forties, had unusual vibes, in line with the frontman. They’d return to the home the following day to detuned guitars, lacking or new tracks on Pro Tools and different technological phenomena. The band determined to make use of child displays to try to seize among the issues they skilled, which they “could not clarify.”

Starring Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett, Rami Jaffee and Nate Mendel, Studio 666 tells the story of what the rockers encountered as they created Medicine at Midnight in that home.

“The sound of this home is the sound of album 10,” Grohl mentioned excitedly within the trailer, which you’ll take a look at under.

Directed by BJ McDonnell and written by Jeff Buhler and Rebecca Hughes, the film will arrive in theaters Feb. 25. Get tickets to see it right here.
